JWELL's screening and storage system includes vibrator sieve, metal separator, storage silo, drying silo for final product, enabling material purification, metal separation, product screening, batch homogenization and buffer storage to ensure material cleanliness and batch consistency.
Vibrating Screener is used to remove over‑length particles, fine powders, double grains and over‑size particles from pellets, ensuring uniform particle size of materials fed into the extruder. It adopts a multi‑layer screen structure to separate multiple specifications of off‑spec materials simultaneously. The screen mesh is easy to replace. Its stainless‑steel body features corrosion resistance and easy‑to‑clean performance.

The metal separator removes ferrous and non-ferrous metal contaminants from materials, protecting the extruder screw and barrel from damage. Common types include permanent magnet type (simple structure, low cost) and inductive type (capable of separating carbon steel, stainless steel and non-ferrous metals with high sensitivity). It is installed before materials enter the extruder hopper.

The storage silo provides buffer storage for raw materials or finished products, ensuring continuous feeding of the line. The silo body is made of stainless steel with a polished inner surface and pickled/passivated outer surface. It is equipped with top dust collection, high/low level indicators and gate valves for automatic material in/out control. Finished product silos adopt a homogenizing structure to prevent material segregation and stratification.

The homogenizing bin is used for batch homogenization of finished products. Through gravity blending, materials from different batches are uniformly mixed to ensure batch-to-batch consistency. It is especially suitable for masterbatch and modified plastics production with strict batch variation requirements.
