Outline:

    This system is fully controlled by an automatic control system.

    The production process is as follows: Firstly, according to the set process formula, various liquid materials such as high viscosity 107, low viscosity 107, silicone oil, and white oil are transported to the liquid batching tank through a conveyor pump. The batching tank is equipped with a weighing system for accurate measurement of various materials; Then the measured liquid material is transported to a 5000L multi-functional high-speed dispersion kettle (hereinafter referred to as the dispersion kettle); Then, the powder is put into the powder feeding station and transported to the dispersion kettle through a negative pressure feeding system. At this time, the process parameters such as the speed of the dispersion kettle are controlled by the automatic control system based on the set process formula. After the feeding is completed, the system mixes, disperses, and dehydrates the materials according to the process formula. After completing the process steps and time, the materials are transported by the bottom conveyor pump to the base material storage tank (weighing), and different base materials are transported to different storage tanks. At this point, the base material production step is completed.

    In the synthesis process, the base material is cooled by a cooler and transported to the base material metering pump of the twin screw synthesis automatic line by the bottom transfer pump of the base material storage tank. After being metered by the base material metering pump, it is transported to the twin screw extruder at a stable and accurate speed, and at the same time, the additives are transported to the twin screw through the additive metering and conveying system. The auxiliary metering and transportation system consists of a liquid weight loss tank and a metering pump, which ensures accurate transportation through cross calculation closed-loop control. A synthesis line can be equipped with one or more auxiliary metering and transportation systems according to process requirements. The base material and additives are uniformly mixed and defoamed in a twin screw, and transported to the condenser, then cooled to the required temperature for the process. After that, they enter a constant pressure energy storage device (which can simultaneously feed and discharge materials), and are stably transported to the subsequent packaging equipment under constant pressure.
