PVC Window Profile Extrusion Line

JWELL offers various kinds of profile extrusion lines.

This line is suitable for the production of PVC material door and window series profiles, sheets, micro-foam profiles, micro-foam decorative sheets, etc. It adopts imported AC frequency conversion or DC speed regulation to drive, and the temperature control instrument adopts imported brand. The calibration unit's pump and haul off adopt high-quality products, it is easy to maintain, after replacing the screw barrel and mold, the foam profile can be directly extruded, and the effect is better than that of a single screw.

It has the advantages of uniform plasticization, low shear rate, high output, and long service life and so on.
