    Process Card Compilation

The process responsible engineer is responsible for compiling the process card, including the product section, raw material section, equipment section, and forming process.

    Product Section

The process responsible engineer should clarify the product information according to the production schedule notice. This mainly includes the product name, product specifications, pipe color, and other specific requirements such as cutting length, printing content, etc.

    Raw Material Section

The process responsible engineer determines the materials for the product based on the pipe extrusion production notice and raw material inventory status.

    Equipment Section

The Jwell process responsible engineer reasonably arranges the production equipment based on the performance, usage status, and production operation plan of the existing equipment in the workshop, and clarifies this in the process card. For the production of pipes with the same specifications, when the selected production line and auxiliary equipment are different, the process responsible engineer should reasonably select based on the characteristics of the product production.

    Forming Process Parameters

For different production lines and different raw materials, the process parameters generally vary. The process responsible engineer should determine reasonable processing process parameters based on the forming process parameters of different raw materials and different sheet extrusion equipment.

    Equipment Preheating

When all equipment is cold (i.e., newly started equipment, with all heating zones at room temperature), preheating should be carried out before starting the machine. The preheating process can be controlled by the equipment operating system or manually. The preheating of the barrel and die is divided into three stages: the first stage temperature is set to 100-120C, the second stage temperature is set to 160-180C, and the third stage temperature is set to 190-220C.

    Replacement of Downstream Equipment

Replace the appropriate sizing sleeve according to the Jwell's pipe extrusion specifications and production arrangements; replace the support plate, adjust the height of the support rollers, select the same specification of sealing rings and water-blocking rings, ensure that the transition steel rings and rubber gaskets used for fixing are complete, all screws are tightened, and adjust the center of the pulling wall and the cutting machine feed size according to the production specifications. Editor the printing information on the printer according to process requirements.

    Mixing and Feeding

The moisture content or volatile content of the raw materials should be measured before use. Dry the raw materials based on the test results.

Feeding personnel should appropriately handle their belongings before entering the feeding area to prevent items from falling into the equipment or mixing with raw materials.

Feeding personnel should organize feeding, drying, batching, and other tasks according to the raw materials and equipment specified in the process card.

Check whether the equipment is operating normally before use. Check if there are any foreign objects in the feeding system. Inspect the equipment for any safety hazards.

Check whether the packaging of raw materials is intact before use and whether the grade matches the process requirements. Keep a record of the feeding.

    Pipe Extrusion and Plasticization

    • Machine check. The start-up team should carefully check whether the process card content is complete and whether personnel are in place before starting the machine.

    • Check whether the raw materials are prepared according to the process card requirements, whether the equipment's air and water circuit valves are in the open state, and whether the feeding equipment's dryer and suction device are operating normally.

    • Check whether the process temperature is set according to the process card requirements and whether the extruder and co-extruder temperatures have reached the set temperature; whether the die gap is adjusted to meet the process requirements and whether the die surface is clean.

    • Check whether the sizing sleeve model meets the process requirements, whether the water ring is discharging water evenly, and whether the water eyes are blocked.

    • Check whether the vacuum tank and water tank intake and drain valves can start normally, whether the water intake filter is clean, and whether the vacuum pump and water pump are operating normally.

    • Check whether the puller, cutting machine, and printer have set the parameters according to the process card and are in standby mode.

    • Check whether the printing information is edited according to the process requirements and whether the content is correct and complete.
