    Double wall corrugated pipe is mature product which has the advantage of low weight, low cost, anti-corrosion, good ring stiffness and flexibility. Our company has developed PE double wall corrugated pipe extrusion line for more than 20 years. We have the whole series of double wall corrugated pipe machine: horizontal type, vertical type .

    The new generation high speed and low energy consumption horizontal double wall corrugated pipe extruder line is researched and developed by Jwell company which is the top manufacturer of plastic pipe machines in world. we are committed to continuously helping customers reduce pipe production costs and improve their competitive edge through continuous innovation. The forming blocks are cooled by water and It's speed is 2 time as the old type .The line is suitable for producing pipe range ID40mm to ID1500mm


    Machine features:

    1. The newly designed molding machine adopts a special pressure water cooling system for forming aluminum modules, which greatly improves the cooling efficiency in the production of corrugated pipe products;

    2. High-speed, high-output single-screw extrusion machine supporting a professional design of the corrugated pipe extrusion mould to achieve large-scale stable extrusion;

    3. The module is completely universal to all model of the horizontal DWC pipe line, it is easy to change module in production and lower cost when you set up new machine. Can customize various module wave form schemes according to the user's requirements;
