Drip Irrigation Pipe Line

We offer inlaid patch-type drip irrigation pipe lines, inlaid cylindrical drip irrigation pipe production lines, and labyrinth drip irrigation pipe production lines. Each drip irrigation pipe production line can be equipped with a round drip irrigation pipe extrusion machine to ensure stable performance, precise dripper spacing, and reliable long-term operation.

Overview of Pipe Extrusion Machine


We, Jwell, offer Inlaid patch-type drip irrigation pipe line,inlaid cylindrical drip irrigation pipe production line and Labyrinth drip irrigation pipe production line.

The whole set of equipment is composed of feeding system, dripper screening device, extruder, screen changer, mold, calibrators, vacuum cooling system, punching detection device, haul-off unit, winder and other main components. The whole set of equipment is controlled by PLC and driven by servo motor, which makes the control more accurate to ensure the automatic production of the whole production line.
