Located in the Liyang Zhongguancun Science and Technology Industrial Park, Changzhou JWELL Intelligent Chemical Equipment Co., Ltd. is one of JWELL Machinery’s core manufacturing bases for twin-screw extrusion and compounding production lines. The facility operates by leveraging the supporting resources of the entire Liyang Industrial Park, and daily production, assembly, and commissioning are all carried out here.
Since 2018, Changzhou JWELL Intelligent Chemical Equipment Co., Ltd. has delivered a total of approximately 1,900 twin-screw extrusion systems, covering more than 20 application scenarios, including engineering plastics, filled and modified plastics, color masterbatches, TPU polymerization, silicone rubber, and new energy. From the beginning of 2022 to the present, the Liyang plant alone has delivered more than 300 systems, with the proportion of equipment for new energy and biodegradable materials increasing year by year.


The screw, barrel, and gearbox—the core components of an extruder—are designed and machined in-house at Changzhou Jinwei Intelligent Chemical Equipment’s Liyang plant, without outsourcing assembly. The machining precision of the screw elements and the nitriding process directly determine the equipment’s service life and operational stability. The gearbox features hard-faced ground gears, with the entire process—from machining to assembly—completed in-house.


Final assembly of the entire unit is carried out in the factory’s temperature-controlled workshop, where key workstations are equipped with a clean assembly environment that regulates temperature, humidity, and dust levels. Before shipment, each unit is placed on a load testing platform to simulate actual customer operating conditions through a full cycle of operation. The unit is only released once all core parameters—including torque, temperature control, and vacuum level—meet the specified standards.

The company has established a comprehensive quality management system and has successively obtained ISO 9001 quality management system certification and CE certification, ensuring that its products comply with international standards and industry regulations.



At the quality control implementation level, we have equipped our facilities with high-precision testing equipment, such as spectrometers and coordinate measuring machines, and established a comprehensive quality control system covering the entire process from raw materials to finished products. We conduct precise inspections of the chemical composition of raw materials and the dimensions of key components, and have implemented a rigorous traceability system for critical components. This system enables full lifecycle traceability—from raw material batches and production processes to the shipment of finished products—ensuring the reliability and consistency of every product.
