Overview of Pipe Extrusion Machine


The JWS PLA straw pipe extrusion production line consists of an extruder, a mold, a cooling water tank, a haul off and cutting integrated machine, and a conveying and collecting device.

Poly (lactic acid) (PLA) is made from crops such as corn and cassava, and has excellent biodegradability. After being discarded, it can be degraded by micro-organisms in the soil within six months to one year, without causing environmental pollution.


Characteristics of Pipe Extrusion Machine

  • Various incision forms: 90°, 45°, 60°

  • The sink is made of 304 food grade stainless steel material

  • The extruder barrel is made of 38CrMoAl material and nitrided
